Join exhibiting artists Marita Hewitt and Teresa HR Lane in an experiential artist korero and hands-on collage workshop.
Attendees can enjoy drinks from the bar whilst hearing more about the artist's practices, learning how to research, source and select suitable collage material to communicate more than the face value of an image, before having the opportunity to experiment with cut and paste themselves; creating a playful and unique work of art to each take home.
Some inspiring paper materials will be provided, but please bring a pair of sharp scissors, a quality glue stick and one picture book or magazine that you're prepared to have cut up and share with the group.
