Spring Kitchen is excited to host The Elder Pinot Dinner on Wednesday 26 June 6:30PM! We invite you to spend an exclusive night tasting our six course dégustation with matched vertical wine tasting. Vertical wine tasting is a unique experience as it presents to you different vintages of the same wine type from the same winery to emphasise the differences between various vintages.
Our exquisite menu will take you through a spectacular culinary journey of modern fusion dishes and four wine pairings by The Elder Pinot. The Elder Pinot's philosophy is to make single vineyard wines of uncompromised quality. Using their own Estate Grown fruit, from the best vintages, they place a strong emphasis on the elegant, yet complex characteristics of great pinots.
